Information from court documents show that federal agents set up surveillance where the meeting was to take place and equipped the informant with recording devices for the meeting. This is part of the recording: “I know. You get $4 a gram so we got like a quarter a key here so you got hooked up. Ok. Alright so. Here it is so where do you want it?” asked the informant. “In my greedy little hand,” replied Fuller, according to the FBI reports. The FBI had also set up a recorded sting on Fuller February 19th, but used a smaller amount of money. More on the Fuller story released by FBI at and Channel 13 News
